Accounts
The essence of integrated financial control in Autoline is the knowledge and peace of mind that the business, its trading activities, assets, liabilities, profit and loss can be accurately and reliably reported at any time in any area of the business to any level of detail. The often routine, repetitive tasks associated with accounting are virtually eliminated enabling more time to be allocated to proactive reporting, investigation and moving the business forward.

Showroom
Consumer shopping now embraces the use of a computer interface to assist the customer to follow through his selection and purchasing requirements. Equally, retailers use computers to control and manage all aspects of the sales process. The Autoline Showroom module has been designed to make vehicle purchasing for the consumer and the sales activities for the retailer more modern and enjoyable.

Marketing
The central marketing database is at the very heart of the Autoline system - controlling new sales and service activities and taking care of existing customers, their vehicles and profitable long-term business relationships.

Service
Customer service is the key, delivering performance through the control of point of sale and workshop operations. Using information drawn throughout Autoline, hour by hour, minute by minute the objective is to achieve the optimum result and higher profitability.

Parts
High volume, multiple transactions, sales, purchases and stock, all under constant change. It is potentially an administrative nightmare. Additionally, the pressures of keeping stock at virtually 'just in time' levels and matched with delivering good service are critical aspects of the dealership.
